STORAGE FAQ

What size of storage units do you offer?

We offer 2 Units at 400 sq ft & 2 units at 1500 sq ft all with roller shutter doors, to accommodate different storage needs. Our containers are 20ft by 8ft and can hold the contents of a 3/4 bed house. 

Is the storage facility secure?

Yes, our storage facility is equipped with 24hr security cameras, locked gated access & flood lights to ensure the safety of your belongings.

What is the duration of the storage terms you offer?

Containers- Our minimum rental period for the containers are one month. We require one month notice in writing of your intended move out date. We will be in touch after this to ensure a simple move out process. 

Units - our units range from short-term options to long-term leases, accommodating the varying needs of our customers. Notice requirements will vary depending on your contract/lease. 

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage unit or container from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. 

What items are prohibited from being stored?

We prohibit the storage of hazardous materials such as explosives and illegal substances for the safety and security of all our customers. 

Do I need my own lock for my container?

Yes. We recommend purchasing a CISA 810/65 locking line padlock from Screwfix. We provide the keys for each roller shutter door unit, returnable after your rental period ends. 

Do you provide Insurance?

No. We do not provide insurance but we do advise our customers to obtain insurance prior to the rental start period. We recommend using "insurastore" at insurastore.com and click on "Get a Quote". You can then find us in the drop down menu.
